June 2022 Goals

Tentative List of Goals for June 2022:

• Run Putnam Lab Express_Compare data through all steps of lncRNA identification. Compile into lncRNA ID pipeline.

• Finish compiling coral annotation workflow for Acropora pulchra

• Meet with Stephane Maritorena to get a better idea of current MCR remote sensing data archives.

• Apply for fall Marine Bio TA by June 15th

• Work on NSF GRFP proposal idea outline, register for UW workshop
